Basantes: Nostalgia

Book 1
leadership officers from every sector and block of the utopian city Onia,  part of the high tech half utopian planet Basantes, try to maintain peace in the planet similar to the peace they fight for sucessfuly in thier city. Citys in conflict in the world feel that Onia can be conceited at times so they sometimes fight not wanting City Onia's help. Onia sees that this is a problem and feels they are falling short if there is conceit among them. Onia and city in conflict Jor fight City Abhon who sends interlinked attack vessels Jor holds thier own losing many and Onia does what they can to assist sending the wounded and fallen to thier city hoping to use dream tech to heal and revive them.

Book 2
Onia developes dream based technologies as an escape and remedy in thier city and sell them to other cities in world basantes. They have done this since the city's foundation millenniums ago. The dream tech can provide havens of escape, food, dreamt up friends and weapons for self defense. 
Onia and Jor visit city Zile but they are double dealing and waywards in thier zones try to take hostages from the cities they aid. Its either hit or miss, there are either problems with zile or dealings are somwhat smooth, ether way there are problems that cause losses they must survive.

Book 3
Onia feels they are selling flawed dream tech if they are falling prey to conceit. This is a constant dilema onia faces even though they are sucessfull as a city and in battle more often than not.
Onia and Jor send thier forces frequently to city Abhar and gain many victories enough to help them regularly in thier zones and survive. Jors forces attack more fiercely. They send vessels that ram through larger vessels and they overtake them from within. Abhar tires constantly of the skirmishes. Onia is greatful for thier effective battle contributions and for any time thier is victory not ruined by conceit.
